The session includes all features of the individual initial counseling session, but with a focus on the needs of the whole family, as well as the individual members.

Individual Diet Planning

We understand that there are thousands of different diets available, through web, books, magazines and television; but there is no such thing as a diet that fits everyone. We are all different.
Our initial 1 Hour meeting begins with a thorough review of your medical history, any pertinent lab values and a discussion of your typical food intake as well as dietary preferences. We also review your supplement and vitamin intake. Together we explore your food and exercise habits and establish a plan based on your dietary behavior. We put together a plan that fits YOU and continuously fine tune it through follow-up sessions.
